What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Whether your business is located in a major city or a remote area, we provide reliable nationwide shipping to ensure your packaging products arrive safely and on time.

How long will shipping and delivery take?

Shipping and delivery times depend on your location and order size. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within British Columbia and 3–10 business days for other provinces across Canada.

Delivery times may vary depending on your distance from our warehouse and carrier schedules. Larger or bulk orders may take slightly longer. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes.

How much will shipping and delivery be?

Shipping costs depend on your location, order size, and total weight of the items. The exact shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We work to provide competitive shipping rates across Canada.

Larger or heavier orders may have higher shipping costs, while qualifying orders may be eligible for shipping promotions when available. If you have a bulk order or special delivery request, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

To request a return, please contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Returned products will be inspected upon arrival. If the return is approved, a refund or store credit will be issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after we have received and completed an inspection of the returned item. Once the product has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will be notified once your return has been received and your refund has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
