Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items meet our return requirements. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice, is required for all return requests. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused. To request a return, customers must contact us within the return period. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: custom printed or custom manufactured products; used, opened, or items not in their original condition; items sold at discounted, promotional, or special pricing; special order or non-stock items; and products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or use after delivery. All custom-printed and special-order products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Wholesale and Business Orders
As a wholesale supplier, many of our products are sold in bulk quantities for business use. Returns on bulk, wholesale, or pallet orders may be subject to additional review and approval. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
